We are looking for a remote contractor with a very solid PHP background and experience working with agile teams. We expect that this person would be strict when applying good OOP/TDD practices and value high quality clean code. As a part of this process we might ask you to complete a code challenge or exercise to review or for an interview.

A high English level is a must since we value strong communication skills and conduct all our work using this language.

We use Git and version control for all projects and expect proficiency using them.

This position would most likely last for at least 6 months and would require a commitment to provide 40 hours a week (occasional vacation time notifying in advance is fine) and generally working during NYC business hours (EST) from 9 to 6 (at least 5 hours need to overlap with your time zone to be able to do pairing sessions).
